Vice President, Workforce Operations | Advocate Health

Nicole serves as the Vice President of Workforce Operations at Advocate Health, overseeing the Resource float pool teams, as well as External & Internal Travel Pool teams. Her experience with nursing leadership and innovation has been shared in numerous international and national forums.

Nicole was recognized as a Great 100 Nurse for North Carolina. She also led the team that began a Virtual Nursing Care Model Learning Community in June 2023 that was created in conjunction with AONL. Nicole currently serves as a committee member for the Nurse Leader Mentorship program lead by the North Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL Affiliate). Nicole also serves as an Executive Board Member for FeedNC, a Second Harvest Food Bank affiliate.
