Nick joins Hallmark from Surgical Notes, a revenue cycle management company servicing Ambulatory Surgery Centers, where he was Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President at R1 RCM, VP, Finance at Solera Holdings, and Vice President, Finance and Treasury, at Caris Life Sciences. Nick holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. Nick is married and lives in Frisco , TX with his three daughters.
