Dimitry Plotko
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Dimitry is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading innovative technology organizations, from multinationals to early-stage companies. As Hallmark’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, he oversees product management and development across all Hallmark product lines and infrastructure.
Before joining Hallmark, Dimitry served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at ADP. There, he led teams to deliver multiple award-winning products, including ADP’s next-generation global payroll platform, the next-generation Workforce Management (WFM) platform, ADP Assist (an industry-first GenAI-powered HCM solution), and myADP, a self-service portal for employees and employers.
Prior to ADP, Dimitry worked at Intuit/Digital Insight, where his team developed a SaaS Cash Management platform used by 600 financial institutions. He began his technology career at IBM as a developer and architect. Dimitry holds an MS-equivalent degree in Applied Mathematics from BGU/University of Belarus.
